SellHi is a product of AxIncha Inc. ("SellHi," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SellHi at sellhi.ai and app.sellhi.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so.
1. Eligibility
The Service is for business use by adults. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information (including a valid LinkedIn profile, which we require to verify genuine operators) and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly at raam@AxIncha.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. The Service
SellHi helps you run outbound sales as one workflow — identifying and scoring fit accounts, enriching contacts and detecting intent signals, drafting and personalizing outreach in your voice, running the email and LinkedIn workflows you initiate, and surfacing results in your Command Center. Features, tiers, and limits may change as the Service evolves.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others; send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; circumvent usage limits or security controls; or use the Service to build a competing product. You are responsible for the content you create and send through the Service.
5. Outreach, Consent & Sending Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your outreach complies with all applicable laws and platform rules, including anti-spam and electronic-communications laws (for example, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR/ePrivacy where applicable) and the terms of any connected platform (such as LinkedIn and your email provider). This includes having a lawful basis to contact your recipients, honoring opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly, and accurately identifying yourself as the sender. SellHi provides tools; you decide who to contact and what to send.
6. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of the content and data you add to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license needed to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service for you, and to perform the actions you initiate. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses third-party AI providers (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate matches and draft messages. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for your review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-assisted content before you send or rely on it.
8. Connected Services
When you connect third-party tools (such as LinkedIn, your email/sending provider, or a CRM), your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, and you authorize SellHi to act within the permissions you grant. We never post or send on a connected account without an action you take or explicitly authorize, and you can disconnect a connected account at any time.
9. Plans, Fees & Managed Sending
Paid plans, tiers, and any usage-based limits are described at sign-up or in the Service. Where SellHi provides managed sending infrastructure, you must use it only for outreach that complies with Section 5. Fees (if any) are due as described in your plan; taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Signal-account guarantee. Each paid plan guarantees the number of signal accounts you accept each month, as shown on your plan. If you skip an account we replenish from a buffer of up to twice your plan's monthly number, if that many signal accounts are available at the time of list building. Replenishment is not unlimited. Signal accounts depend on live market data, so in some months fewer matching accounts may be available. Your count resets monthly and unused accounts do not roll over.
Free trial. Paid plans start with a 15-day free trial. We take your payment details at sign-up, on Stripe's secure page. You will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts automatically and your first payment is taken on day 16. We will remind you by email before your trial ends. You can cancel during the trial at no cost from Manage billing.
Billing and cancellation. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance. Annual plans are billed once a year in advance at ten times the monthly price, for twelve months of service. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing. Cancelling stops your plan from renewing; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments already made, including annual payments, are not refunded, except where the law requires.
Launch offer. Sign-ups before 31 December 2026 may be offered a launch rate, agreed with us by call or email. A launch rate is locked for 12 months and then moves to the standard rate. You may cancel early with no penalty; you lose the launch rate and may re-subscribe at the standard rate. If you prepay a year, you pay for 10 months at your launch rate and receive 12 months of service.
Managed sending and operator access. On plans that include managed sending, AxIncha operates the mailboxes your campaigns send from. Your mailboxes sit in a workspace isolated from every other subscriber, and AxIncha personnel have technical access to that workspace, including message content. AxIncha will access message content only (a) where you ask us to, (b) where it is necessary to operate or repair the sending service, or (c) where required by law. Each such access from inside SellHi is logged to your account with the reason. AxIncha will not use your message content to train any model, and will not sell or share it. The Ignite plan is available if you prefer to bring your own mailbox on your own email account.
10. Availability and Beta Features
During early-access and beta periods the Service is provided "as is," may change, and may be limited or interrupted. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding results, deliverability, or outcomes — except the signal-account guarantee described in Section 9, which applies on the terms set out there.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxIncha Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AxIncha Inc. and its personnel from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your outreach, or your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 6, 11, 12, and 13) survive termination.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where local mandatory law applies to you.
Confidentiality
1. What we protect. Information you enter into SellHi about your business, your customers and your prospects is your confidential information. We will not disclose it to any third party except as needed to operate the service for you, or where the law requires.
2. What is not covered. Information that is already public, that you make public, that we already held, or that we develop independently.
3. This obligation is ours alone. SellHi is offered on standard terms to many subscribers. AxIncha accepts a duty of confidentiality to you. You do not assume one to AxIncha by using the service, and nothing in this section restricts what you may do with your own information.
4. Competitors. AxIncha does not accept a duty of confidentiality toward any subscriber who is, or acts on behalf of, a competitor of AxIncha. Where we reasonably believe a subscriber is a competitor, we may decline or withdraw access, and we are not bound by this section in respect of that subscriber.
5. Verification. AxIncha may verify the identity, employer and business purpose of any applicant or subscriber, and may refuse, suspend or terminate access where verification fails or is refused.
6. Duration. This section continues for three years after your account closes.
